Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (trading as Blue Cloud) seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing care at our surgical centers in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You will drive staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management while ensuring compliance with CMS, DOH, OSHA and related regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience, an RN license, BLS at hire, and ACLS/PALS within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS upon hire
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience
• Regulatory and accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given
• Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
