Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing care across our pediatric ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care under general anesthesia.

You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced ASC environment. We value teamwork, patient safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center.
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given.
• Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

YOU WILL

YOU HAVE Requirements + Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS upon hire
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

Preferred

• Bachelor's Preferred
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience
• Leadership experience
• Nurse Manager experience
• Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
