Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing care in our pediatric ambulatory surgery centers. The role focuses on staffing, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have a registered nurse license, a nursing degree, and at least two years of nursing experience, with BLS required at hire and ACLS/PALS within 60 days. Join a mission-driven team committed to safe, accessible care.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center.
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given.
• Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

YOU WILL
