Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care at our pediatric ASC. You will manage staffing, quality initiatives, infection control, and risk management to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires active RN licensing, leadership experience, and strong collaboration with the Director of Nursing to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced surgical center environment.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum experience as a nurse (preferably leadership roles).
• Knowledge of CMS, DOH, OSHA regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per center policies and objectives.
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve quality of care.

About You

You have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent care to our patients. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center
• Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given
• Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers

YOU HAVE

• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS upon hire
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

Preferred

• Bachelor's Preferred
• ICU or perioperative nursing experience
• Leadership experience
• Nurse Manager experience
• Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC)
