Job summary

Keizer Nursing, part of Volare Health LLC, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Keizer, Oregon team. Starting wage ranges from $37.97 to $53.58 per hour based on licensed experience.

This role includes a 1 PT day shift schedule with Sundays and Mondays coverage, and participation in a 3-month LTC New Nurse Residency program with onsite mentorship. We offer tuition reimbursement, life insurance, FSA/HSA, PTO, and unlimited referral bonuses, among other benefits, to support nurses

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
• Ability to assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff.

• New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, with onsite mentorship.

• For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible to apply for a Long-Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment following completion of the residency and three additional months of employment.
