Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, Oregon, a 34-bed community, is seeking a Part-Time evening shift LPN/RN to provide essential resident care and supervision. Duties include medication assistance, nursing services, and staff training, with a focus on independence and quality of life.

The role emphasizes infection control, documentation, and adherence to state regulations while supporting a home-like atmosphere and resident dignity.

Competenze

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of supervising experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care per resident plans and state regulations.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.

Part-Time / Evening Shift

As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will:

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations


• Train staff and report to the director of nursing


• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans


• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures


• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation


• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations


• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing


• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
