Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee operating room services across Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, GYN, Ophthalmology and DSC in Minneapolis. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to ensure safe, efficient patient care and aligns with the system’s mission.

The position is 1.0 FTE, 8-hour day shifts, with on-call; requires RN licensure and 3–7 years of clinical experience, plus leadership credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• 3 to 7 years of clinical experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI as applicable.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross or in-house).

Responsibilities

• Strategic management to align department with mission and goals.
• Provide clinical leadership and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and high quality care.
• Oversee nursing workforce, budgets and performance.
