Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required.

• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate care delivery across clinical areas during designated shifts.
• Serve as in-house administration for after hours/weekends and delegate nursing admin tasks.
• Assist directors, monitor productivity, and act as a communication link.
