Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Associates degree or higher in Nursing or related field AND minimum two (2) years in charge nurse, clinical coordinator, acute care hospital, or related nursing role.
• Basic Life Support
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility staff and coordinate staffing across shifts.
• Monitor patient flow, bed availability, and capacity.
• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance (Nursing Practice Act, TJC).
• Lead safety, risk management, and budget-related staffing decisions
