Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates and advocates for developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships; hires, trains, and develops talent for growth opportunities; sets performance management guidelines and expectations.
• Oversees clinical operations, ensures compliance with Nursing Practice Act and The Joint Commission; drives performance and quality improvements across units.
• Manages hospital administrative functions including budgeting, staffing, payroll, and regulatory compliance; leads in emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.
• Develops strategic partnerships with physicians and leaders; aligns care delivery with guidelines and department strategies; monitors resources and performance.
