Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• California RN license required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and coaches staff to drive performance improvement.
• Supervises daily nursing operations and coordinates resources.
• Allocates resources to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health care team members to achieve optimal patient care.
• Supports compliance with Nursing Practice Act, The Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Contributes to emergency preparedness programs and continuous quality improvement.
