You will monitor clinical nursing practice, ensure staffing aligns with patient needs, supervise operations 24/7, maintain regulatory readiness, and lead quality, safety, and risk-management efforts. Collaboration with Nursing Clinical Practice ensures the highest quality care in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience with or without direct reports.
• Associates degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care or related field and at least 2 years as a charge nurse or related nursing role.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
