Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs ensuring dignity and safety.
• Help with mobility and transfers under RN direction.
• Record routine clinical measurements and report abnormalities.
• Support nutrition and hydration per diet orders.
• Maintain infection prevention standards and safe environment.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to RN.
• Provide patient and family education under RN guidance.
• Perform clerical tasks and EMR data entry.
• Manage supplies and equipment, ensure cleanliness.
• Perform competency-validated skills under RN supervision.
