Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision, preserving dignity and safety.
• Support mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices per RN direction.
• Document routine clinical measurements and report abnormalities to the RN.
• Support nutrition, hydration, and meal setup following prescribed orders.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled patient environment and safe equipment.
• Observe changes in patient condition and communicate promptly to the RN.
• Assist in patient education and unit communication; help with tests and procedures as directed.
• Perform clerical tasks and manage basic EMR entries; support unit operations.
• Stock supplies and ensure equipment availability; maintain cleanliness and function.
• Carry out competency-validated skills under RN supervision (e.g., ECG, venipuncture) after validation.
