Job summary

Qualifications

• Proof of HS education and enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
• Maintain GPA of 2.5 or higher and be in good standing.
• Complete foundational nursing coursework prior to supervised practice.
• Satisfactory reference form and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Support mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices under RN direction.
• Record vitals, height/weight, and intake/output accurately; report abnormalities.
• Aid with nutrition, feeding, and monitoring diet tolerance per orders.
• Keep environment clean and safe; follow infection control standards.
• Observe changes in condition; report promptly to the RN; support unit workflow.
• Assist with patient education and prepare patients for tests or procedures as directed.
• Provide clerical support and help with EMR data entry and supply retrieval.
• Assist with inventory, equipment cleaning, and transport tasks as needed.
