Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a Masters-prepared RN to lead Clinical Orientation and Nurse Residency Program sessions across multiple NJ sites. You will work with a team of 3-5 Professional Development Specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary education and standardize patient-care practices.

Responsibilities include directing discharge education, coordinating care plans, and implementing evidence-based training across the system to improve clinical outcomes and staff competency.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area is required.
• Masters prepared registered nurse or near completion of advanced degree.
