Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Masters prepared RN to lead Clinical Orientation and the Nurse Residency Program. You will collaborate with a team of 3-5 Professional Development Specialists to educate staff and improve clinical outcomes.

The role requires 2–5 years of recent clinical experience, NJ licensure eligibility, and a focus on standardized care practices. This is an on-site, part-time/per diem nursing education position in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Masters prepared RN or near completion of advanced degree.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (2–5 years preferred).
• Certification related to specialty: BLS minimum; ACLS/NALS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Run Clinical Orientation and Nurse Residency Program sessions.
• Work with a team of 3-5 Professional Development Specialists.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary education to improve patient outcomes.
• Direct discharge education and ensure timely transitions of care.
