Job summary

Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Educator to develop and evaluate educational and development programs across the hospital. You will collaborate with departments to assess learning needs and deliver targeted training to improve patient care.

Responsibilities include implementing simulation-based training and shaping nursing education, with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes and staff competency within Lifepoint Health facilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of RN experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Educational/Teaching experience with focus on simulation-based training.
• Current RN license in state and active BLS; ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate educational and development programs for Memorial Medical Center.
• Collaborate with medical center departments to address learning needs.
• Provide simulation-based training to staff and evaluate outcomes.
• Enhance patient care through targeted nursing education.
