You will collaborate with MMC departments to assess, implement, and evaluate development initiatives, aiming to elevate patient care quality.

The role emphasizes teaching, program development, and the use of advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes and staff growth across the health system.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• 3 years RN experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Educational/Teaching experience with focus on simulation-based training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MMC Education Department to assess, implement and evaluate educational programs.
• Utilize plan-of-care interventions and act as a patient-care innovator to shape exceptional patient journeys.
• Leverage MMC's cutting-edge technology to impact patient wellbeing and staff development.
