Job summary

Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to advance clinical teaching and professional development across the life span. You will design, implement, and evaluate education programs in collaboration with the Education Department to strengthen patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, an associate degree (or higher), and recent teaching experience with simulation-based training; BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• 3 years RN experience; 5 years preferred.
• Educational/Teaching experience with simulation-based training.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate educational programs for MMC.
• Collaborate with departments to provide education for the life span.
• Serve as patient-care innovator shaping exceptional patient journeys.
