Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 3 years of nursing, clinical educator, or nursing instructor experience required; a Master's Degree may substitute for 2 years.
• Current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina or a compact license from another state.
• BLS required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP Instructor level certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding and orientation for new hires and transfers.
• Completes 30/60/90-day reviews and creates development plans.
• Coordinates learning opportunities and competency validation.
• Develops and maintains education plans and documentation.
• Collaborates with assigned clinical area leadership on education needs.
• Participates in personnel actions including hiring and performance processes.
