Waterview Nursing and Rehab Care Center in Queens, NY seeks a Registered Nurse Educator to lead and elevate clinical education across our nursing staff. You will design and deliver curricula, mentor new hires, and ensure training aligns with evolving nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates hold NY RN licensure, a BSN, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing with teaching or leadership experience. A master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license.
• BSN is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience including teaching/leadership.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff.
