Job summary

Waterview Nursing and Rehab Care Center in Queens, NY, seeks a Full-Time Registered Nurse Educator to shape the skills of our nursing staff. You will create and deliver educational programs, conduct training sessions, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an NYS RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and at least 3 years of clinical experience including teaching or leadership.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year in teaching or leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to nursing education and professional development.

Role Overview:
