Job summary

VNS Health in New York is seeking a Nurse Educator to plan, manage and evaluate clinical orientation and ongoing education programs across multiple services. You will collaborate with regional leadership to craft training calendars and ensure alignment with CMS Triple Aim principles.

The role requires an active New York nursing license, a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing, and at least four years in community-based or home health settings with an emphasis on education.

Qualifications

Current license as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
Experience planning and delivering clinical education programs in health care.
Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Plans, manages, and evaluates clinical orientation and ongoing education programs.
Collaborates with Education staff to develop annual training calendars.
Ensures programs align with CMS Triple Aim framework.
Develops curricula and training materials to meet regulatory standards.
Monitors and evaluates staff performance and program outcomes.
