Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university and active RN licensure in state of practice.
• Experience implementing policy-driven practices, especially in LTC/acute care is desirable.
• Experience in patient/family/staff education is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical competency assessment and training needs of clinical staff.
• Provides education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Oversees preceptor program and training for new partners.
