Qualifications

• Recent acute care or LTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating a culture of excellence and learning among staff.
• Coordinates clinical competency assessment and training needs.
• Provides education on clinical skills and interpersonal skills.
• Completes competency assessments during orientation and as needed.
• Develops facility orientation program and training for new employees.
• Implements workplace safety programs in the facility.
