Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years of general nursing experience required.
• 3–5 years teaching experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license in Tennessee required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized orientation for all new unit/department Associates.
• Plan and implement standardized learning activities for all levels.
• Serve as role model to promote professional and technical development.
• Provide consultative services to internal and external customers.
• Integrate research outcomes into learning activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
