Methodist Le Bonheur Health Care in Memphis is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to lead unit/department clinical orientation and ongoing in-service training for clinical Associates across units and departments.

You will develop and evaluate educational programs, model professional behavior, and provide consultative support to internal and external customers. The role emphasizes advancing patient care, service excellence, and team collaboration across the health system.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Allied Health.
• Preferred: Master\'s in Nursing.
• Required: 3–5 years of general work experience.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of teaching experience.
• Licenses: BLS, Tennessee RN license.
• Respiratory Therapist licenses in TN/AR/MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized orientation for all new unit/department Associates.
• Plan and implement standardized learning activities for all levels of clinical staff.
• Serve as role model to promote professional and technical development.
• Provide consultative services to internal and external customers.
• Integrate relevant research outcomes into learning activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
