Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as a consistent care coordinator across the continuum of care. You will assess physical, psychological, and social needs, and enhance the patient and family care experience within a clinical/office setting.

You will coordinate with providers, perform nursing procedures, educate patients, and document data. Licensure in Tennessee and BLS are required; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in Tennessee required; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient and improve their care experience.
• Coordinate communication with providers on behalf of the patient.
• Provide nursing care in clinical/office settings and document patient data.
• Develop education, resources, and activities to support patients and families.
• Perform clinical procedures within nursing scope and handle related duties.
