Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to ensure care is delivered as planned.
• Coordinate patient flow and bed assignments during the shift.
• Assist with emergencies, admissions/overload, and direct patient care activities.
• Provide first-line feedback and conduct performance evaluations as directed.
