Responsibilities

• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility for departmental budgets and collaborates with Directors and Medical Director.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and monitors departmental activities to ensure quality patient care and service.
• Directs unit-based Performance Improvement programs and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Hires, develops and maintains a competent, productive workforce and builds strong working relationships with physicians and staff.
