Job summary
Unitek EMT is seeking a nursing educator to teach courses and supervise clinical rotations on-site. The role requires active nursing licensure and current nursing practice knowledge, with continued professional development and CE hours to maintain licensure.
Responsibilities include updating syllabi, maintaining records, and collaborating with faculty and staff. The position offers competitive salary in the 90k–110k range, benefits, and opportunities for leadership development and tuition
Qualifications
- RN or LVN with current licensure in the state you will teach.
- Board requirements: BSN with 3+ years bedside experience or Associate Degree with 6+ years bedside experience.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; ATI certification within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Improve instruction quality through varied teaching methods.
- Teach courses and clinical rotations at various times and locations.
- Maintain student records and program data.
- Stay current with nursing practice and safety regulations.
- Participate in committees and complete required reports.
