Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and current licensure in good standing.
• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Ability to mentor students and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of teaching methods and adult education principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning, provide instruction, and evaluate student performance in clinicals, labs, or SCEs.
• Supervise and debrief students in lab/clinical settings.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and FERPA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with faculty to prepare exams and final evaluations.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
