UCI Health is seeking a Nursing Educator to lead and coordinate education for nursing and non-nursing staff across departments. You will assess educational needs, develop programs, implement training, and evaluate outcomes to support high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Market Education Director, you will guide orientation, continuing education, and in-services, contribute to councils and committees, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards while fostering

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty.
• 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Current California RN license; ACLS and BLS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing and non-nursing staff.
• Serve as a key resource in orientation and continuing education of nursing staff.
• Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units aligned with goals and visions.
• Contribute to councils, committees and workgroups within the organization.
