- Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Emergency Department experience in an Academic Medical Center or Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Computer literacy with MS Office (Word & Outlook).
- Ability to collaborate across the Health System.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement nursing education programs.
- Oversee orientation for new hires.
- Assess learning needs and competencies of staff.
- Collaborate with CNS and educators on ed plans.
- Model expert professional nursing practice.
