Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years of critical care experience required.
• CCRN certification preferred or encouraged to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Teaches and demonstrates proficiency in patient assessment and nursing skills.
• Reinforces policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines with nursing staff.
• Coordinates unit rounds and bedside reporting with the Nurse Manager and Case Manager.
• Delivers service-line educational programs in collaboration with NPDS and preceptors.
• Maintains competency and ongoing professional growth of staff.
