Job summary

Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our nursing staff to enhance patient care.

You will identify training needs, develop curricula, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to sustain high standards and ensure ongoing professional growth. A NC RN license and nursing degree are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or related field) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in staff development or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver staff education programs (classroom, online, on-the-job).
• Identify training needs and develop curriculum to close gaps.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements with the team.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on staff development initiatives.
• Stay current with nursing best practices through professional organizations.
