Job summary

Kennedy Care Center is looking for an experienced nurse to coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing education in a long-term care setting. You will also provide direct resident care and help ensure high-quality outcomes for residents and families.

The role requires active RN/LVN licensure, 1+ year of direct LTC care, and experience planning and delivering education programs. BSN is preferred, and confidentiality remains essential throughout daily duties.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN or LVN/LPN license.
• 1 year direct patient care in long-term care with 1 year education program planning/teaching.
• 2+ years experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in recruiting and hiring of staff.
• Coordinate and process employment-related documentation and payroll/benefits.
• Plan and conduct in-service education programs for staff.
