This role emphasizes education, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement within Jefferson Health. The position requires a Specialized Diploma and BLS, with BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and partnership in care planning.
• Cultural awareness for diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication to convey information and collaborate with families.
• Ability to assess patients and plan care with education for patients and families.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescription basics.
• Discharge planning and arranging follow-up care.
• Ability to document health information accurately.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
