Southern Cali Hospital Hollywood seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to plan, design and implement education programs for nursing staff. You will collaborate with nursing leaders to assess needs and ensure current competencies across specialties.

The role involves coordinating hospital-wide educational activities, overseeing new hire orientation, and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory and certification standards.

Formación

• Active, current RN license in California.
• BSN required with ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience coordinating education and staff development programs.
• 3 years of clinical experience in nursing.
• Fire and Life Safety Card for Hollywood/Van Nuys.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design and implement nursing education programs.
• Coordinate hospital-wide educational activities via Education Dept.
• Oversee orientation for new hires and new grad programs.
• Develop and maintain education documentation and compliance.
• Assess learning needs and measure program effectiveness.
