• Mentors clinical staff and provides guidance on best practices and professional development.
• Aligns orientation and training with department and organizational requirements.
• Facilitates competency-based education and training for current clinical practices and technologies.
• Maintains records of educational activities, staff participation, and competency assessments.
• Keeps current with trends in nursing practice, education, and regulatory requirements.
