Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- 5 years' experience in clinical, management experience in an ambulatory setting or relevant area.
- Certification in BLS and valid NJ nursing license.
Responsabilités
- Identifies the clinical and professional development needs of nursing staff and provides education.
- Plans, implements quality improvement programs for clinical education and environment of care.
- Reviews patient and staff data to measure the effectiveness of patient care.
- Works with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams to align programs with the system.
- Maintains and updates policies and procedures.
- Promotes safe and clean working environment and infection-control protocols.
- Collaborates with IP departments to oversee Environment of Care (EOC) and Infection Prevention.
