Formación

• BSN required with nursing practice experience.
• Nurse Educator Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement education programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develops orientation plans and documents initial competencies for new staff.
• Collaborates with Nursing Education to design ongoing development and mandatory trainings.
• Conducts weekly clinical conferences and provides remedial education as needed.
• Coordinates education across units and committees to support accreditation standards.
• Maintains records and provides data for education program evaluation.
• Serves as liaison between faculty and clinical sites to ensure education quality.
