Atlantic Health is seeking a Nurse Educator to lead orientation, competency assessment, and staff development across nursing teams. You will design education programs, mentor staff, and oversee patient care workflows to promote standardized clinical practice and safety.

Responsibilities include developing quality improvement initiatives, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with IP departments to uphold infection prevention standards across multiple facilities in Morristown, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 5 years' clinical and management experience in neonatal intensive care.
• Certification in BLS and specialty nursing and NJ nursing license.

Responsabilités

• Identifies the clinical and professional development needs of nursing staff and plans education.
• Develops and provides educational programs and conferences for staff and departments.
• Plans and implements quality improvement for clinical education and environment of care.
• Reviews patient and staff data to measure care effectiveness.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to align programs with system goals.
• Maintains infection-prevention policies and enforces procedures.
• Promotes safe, clean working environments and staff well‑being.
• Mentors staff and provides feedback and oversight of performance.
