Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an RN Program Coordinator/Director to oversee the Nurse Assistant Training Program and instructors. You will ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with local and state organizations, and align curricula with standards.

The role requires leadership across multiple NATPs, supervision of staff, and ongoing curriculum assessment to sustain program quality. Strong planning and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a course in teaching adults or have experience in teaching adults or supervising aides.
• Must be an RN with at least two years of nursing experience; at least one year must be in the provision of long term care services.
• Must have an Active RN License in MT.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all instructors.
• Coordinate and manage all program components for success and cohesiveness.
• Attend local and state meetings, conferences, and in-service trainings as necessary.
• Assist with the recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel for individual programs.
• Develop and monitor appropriate program contracts and agreements.
• Work with staff and agencies to maximize fiscal accountability.
• Research and provide professional staff development, as necessary.
