Qualifications

• 4 year/ Bachelors Degree Nursing Required
• Graduate Degree (Masters) Preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement system nursing education and professional development programs across departments.
• Support evidence based practice and nursing research efforts.
• Ensure competency assessment and validation aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report performance metrics like nurse outcomes and HCAHPS.
