Bon Secours is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist to implement system-wide education programs and support professional development aligned with Magnet and Pathways to Excellence standards. The role collaborates with leaders to design, deliver, and assess educational initiatives across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities include onboarding, RN Residency, preceptor programs, and leveraging evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Masters preferred
• RN licensure required
• 3 years clinical experience with 2 years leadership/project experience for BSMH

Responsibilities

• Implement system nursing education and professional development programs across departments.
• Apply nursing process and adult learning theories to education programs.
• Provide staff education, preceptor support, and coaching.
• Integrate learning design and learning technology for competency assessment.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement clinical education initiatives.
