Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing; RN licensure.
• Graduate Degree (Masters) preferred in Nursing or Education.
• Specialty/Major in Nursing or Education is preferred.
• RN licensure from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements system nursing education and professional development programs across departments.
• Applies adult learning theories and nursing process to educational program delivery.
• Mentors and supports staff and preceptors; supports evidence-based practice and nursing research.
• Monitors and reports program performance to improve nurse-sensitive outcomes and satisfaction.
