Responsibilities

• Implement system nursing education and professional development programs for multiple departments.
• Utilize adult learning theories to design and deliver education.
• Support evidence-based practice and nursing research efforts to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate orientation, RN Residency, and preceptor programs across facilities.
• Monitor and report program performance to guide improvements.
