Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• CNS or RN-BC certification preferred or to be obtained within 6 months.
• 3 years in clinical nursing with experience in teaching or program development.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge to develop education interventions using design processes.
• Identify practice gaps via needs assessments and prioritise learning needs.
• Analyze costs and ROI for learning activities and projects.
• Create context-specific outcomes and culturally relevant programs.
• Mentor NEPD generalists and partner across interprofessional teams.
